Ayurveda is the oldest science of medicine originated in India thousands of years ago. It is believed to be originated in pre-human era and was recalled by Lord Brahama the Creater of life according to Indian mythology. It was brought to earth by Lord Dhanwantari Later on Indian Sages like Charaka, Sushruta, Vagbhatta etc. had propagated this divine medical science on earth and these and many other great scholars have preserved the principles in various treatises which formed the basis of learning and research for us in today's era.
